Select 'Make a display' and we will turn this pack of balloons into a beautiful display, filling each one with helium and adding ribbons and a weight.
PLEASE NOTE this pack comes uninflated. Balloons can be filled with either air or helium.
If filled with Helium, then we recommend that you do this on the day of the party, as the float time is only approx 6-8 hours.
